[802.3_B10K] PARs Approval Update

Title: PARs Approval Update

All,

I am happy to announce that last night our WG Chair forwarded me the approval notifications for the approval of the IEEE P802.3cn PAR modification and the IEEE P802.3ct PAR.

Congratulations to everyone!

I will begin working with Mr. Healey to get the IEEE P802.3ct website and reflector up.  Please sign up for the new .3ct reflector once I have notified the reflector.  I will continue to copy the .3cn reflector for the near term.
