[802.3_B400G] PAR - Editorial Update

As discussed at today’s 802.3 September Interim Meeting, it was pointed out that there was a missing comma in the title after 800 Gb/s.  Given its editorial nature, Mr. Law directed me to update the PAR title to add the comma.  The updated file may be found at https://mentor.ieee.org/802-ec/dcn/21/ec-21-0224-01-00EC-par-ieee-p802-3df.pdf.
