[802.3_B400G] Update - Feb 2022 Session

All,
I have updated the motions / strawpoll presentation for the Feb session,
based on today's meeting.  Please see

As previously discussed the 24 Feb Session will be the meeting of the Feb
2022 session where motions will be considered.  Based on today's Straw Poll
#3, it was asked if there would be any objections to considering a motion
based on this straw poll at the 24 Feb Meeting.  There were no objections,
so I am anticipating a motion to adopt the note baselines on Thursday.
