This email is to announce the following –

·       IEEE P802.3df Task Force Electronic Meeting During IEEE 802.3 September Interim

·       IEEE P802.3df October 2022 Series of Electronic Meetings

       

Details for each are provided below –

1.      IEEE P802.3df Task Force Electronic Meeting During IEEE 802.3 September Interim

The IEEE P802.3df Task Electronic Meeting will take place on Wednesday 14^th of September from 9am to 1pm ET.

 

The agenda for this meeting will include: 1) Review of Proposed IEEE P802.3df Modified PAR Project Documentation and IEEE P802.3dj PAR Project Documentation; and 2) Baselines related to 100 Gb/s per lane Objectives.

Individuals must make request for presentation time by 1 September 2022 and submit presentations to the Chair by 5th of September, 2022.  Presenters can refer to the following link for further information on requesting agenda time and submitting presentations - https://www.ieee802.org/3/df/public/presentproc.html. 

2.      IEEE P802.3df October 2022 Series of Electronic Meetings

As part of this series, the IEEE P802.3df Task Force will meet on the following days:

·       Tuesday, 27^th Sept, 9:30am to 12:30pm

·       Wednesday, 28^th Sept, 9:30am to 12:30pm

·       Tuesday – 4^th Oct, 9:30am to 12:30pm

·       Wednesday 5^th Oct, 9:30am to 12:30pm

·       Tuesday 11^th Oct, 9:30am to 12:30pm

·       Wednesday 12^th Oct, 9:30am to 12:30pm

The agenda for this meeting will include: 1) Approval of Proposed IEEE P802.3df Modified PAR Project Documentation and IEEE P802.3dj PAR Project Documentation; and 2) Baselines related to all objectives.

Individuals must make request for presentation time by 1 September 2022.  The due date for the respective presentation to be submitted will be determined once the Chair had determined the schedule of presentations for the October 2022 Series of Meetings.  Presenters can refer to the following link for further information on requesting agenda time and submitting presentations - https://www.ieee802.org/3/df/public/presentproc.html. 

Formal meeting invites will be sent out shortly, populated on the 802.3 Calendar page, and added to the IEEE P802.3df webpage.
