[802.3_B400G] 2nd Task Force Review Closing Time

Title: 2nd Task Force Review Closing Time

All,

I want to highlight to all that the closing time for the 2nd Task Force review of IEEE P802.3df on 10 Jan 2023 is 5pm Eastern Time (1200 UTC). 

The time has been adjusted from the typical “AoE” (anywhere on Earth) in order to give the 802.3df / 802.3dj Task Force leadership time for meeting planning purposes for the January 2023 session.

Please make sure to note this when planning your review of IEEE P802.3df D1.1.
