[802.3_B400G] IEEE SA Policies - Corrected Files Update

All,

At the IEEE 802.3 WG Jan 2023 Interim Meeting, Mr. Law, our WG Chair, noted
he had corrected all of the files at https://ieee802.org/3/policies.html.

I want to remind all participants to review the following documents prior to
participation in an interim meeting teleconference: 

*        IEEE SA patent policy

*        IEEE SA Copyright Policy

*        IEEE SA Participation Policy
