[802.3_B400G] Update - 31 Jan & 01 Feb Meetings

All,
Given the great progress made today, I am going to leave the remainder of
this week's meetings in Mr. Nowell's hands, with the help of our leadership
team.  So I am not planning on phoning in this week.

Preparations are underway for next week's meetings for the Jan session.
Reminder to all who have contributions next week to get them to me per the
deadline you were emailed.

My thanks to all for the progress we are making.  

Thanks to Mark, Kent, and Matt for leading the rest of the meetings this
week.
