[802.3_B400G] Reminder: IEEE SA Policies

All,
The March 2023 Plenary will support remote access, provided on a best-effort
basis.

All meeting participants should review the following documents prior to
participation in an interim meeting teleconference:

*	IEEE SA Copyright Policy
*	IEEE SA Participation Policy
