[802.3_B400G] Liaison - ITU-T SG 15

IEEE 802.3 has received a liaison from ITU-T SG 15, regarding G.652 fibre

Mr. Law has delegated this liaison to the IEEE P802.3dj Task Force for
consideration. (Please note that this liaison has not been linked onto the
802.3dj Task Force page for next week's meeting yet.)
I have made a request to Mr. Effenberger and Mr. Stassar to generate a
proposed response for the Task Force to consider next week. Any interested
individuals are encouraged to contact Mr. Effenberger / Stassar offline.
