As a reminder, there is also an impending deadline to make requests for the
upcoming IEEE P802.3df meeting (26th - 28th Sept). Please note requests for

All,
The initial Standards Association ballot (D3.0) will close on Wednesday 16th
August 2023. The submitted comments will be considered at 3 teleconference
calls that will be held on the following dates:
* 26 Sept, 9:00am to 1pm, EDT
* 27 Sept, 9:00am to 1pm, EDT
* 28 Sept, 9:00am to 1pm, EDT
Note that the number of calls will be contingent on the number and type of
comments received.
The agenda for these teleconference calls will be to address comments
submitted against IEEE P802.3df during the initial IEEE SA ballot.
Presentations should address this agenda item. Please note that individuals
should request presentation time, and not rely on requests within proposed
remedies of submitted comments indicating an intent to submit a
presentation.
This email is the start of a call for presentation time for this series of

Anyone wishing to present, please provide the following information:
* Name / Affiliation
* Title
* Length of time requested (this should include time for questions and
answers)
* Brief description of topic, including referencing comment #'s
presentation will address

Presentations should be kept to 15 minutes in duration, excluding time for
questions and answers. Requests for presentation time greater than 15
minutes will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and the requestor should
contact the chair prior to making the request to justify the additional
time. Furthermore, I encourage individuals to use the Task Force reflector
to reach out to others in the spirit of consensus building. As chair, I
reserve the right to introduce individuals making similar topic requests in
the continuing spirit of this encouragement.

As a reminder, please make sure that all requests for presentations or
submissions of presentation material have no restrictive notices at the
bottom of the email. All such emails will be refused, and requests /
presentations will not be acknowledged. All individuals submitting
presentations should review the Procedures for Presenters Page noted above.
I would greatly appreciate presenters reviewing their own presentations to
verify that they have followed the cited Presentation Style Guidelines.
To support the web site search tool used by the IEEE P802.3 web site the
'Document Information' fields of the PDF file must be completed as follows:
