[802.3_B400G] Announcement - 21 Sept 2023 Electronic Interim Meeting

All,
As announced at the Sept 2023 Interim meeting, the 21 Sept 2023 Electronic
interim meeting will be held.  

The agenda for the meeting will be to hear remaining presentations
(mehta_3dj_01_2309.pdf and ramesh_3dj_01_2309.pdf) from Sept 2023 Interim,
as well as time for discussion, straw polls, and motions related to IEEE
P802.3dj.
