As announced, individuals were directed to submit presentation requests via the following google form - https://forms.gle/PszwML75dnV8fwwE6.
Kent Lusted and I have been testing the form out, and have noticed the following:
· It appears that if the web browser can not inform the form of the users identity, the user is directed to fill out a reCAPTCHA (security form using pictures).
· It is appreciated that individuals use the form – as it will greatly assist the team leadership with organizing the May interim meeting.
· When you have successfully submitted your presentation request an email will be sent to you. If you do not receive this email, then the entry was not successful.
Individuals unable to use the form successfully may email me (jdambrosia@xxxxxxxxx) and Kent Lusted (kent.c.lusted@xxxxxxxxx) via email the following:
• Name / Affiliation of author(s)
• Title of Presentation (Please note that it is requested that titles do not change once submitted)
• Brief description of topic
• Length of time requested for presentation (excluding Q@A)
