 ress.\nDear IEEE P802.3dj Task Force Participants\,\nThe IEEE P802.3dj Tas
 k Force will meet at the IEEE 802 July 2024 Plenary\, the week of 14-19 Ju
 l 2024 in Montreal\, Quebec\, Canada.\nAt the Plenary\, meetings are being
  planned around an in-person schedule\, with remote access (provided on be
 st effort basis for formal\, scheduled WG / TF meetings\, i.e.\, not for i
 nformal ad hocs). Details regarding the meeting and registration may be fo
 und at http://802world.org/plenary/.   You should make your hotel arrangem
 ents as soon as possible.\nPlease note that registration and registration 
 fee is required for all individuals who participate (in-person or virtual 
 participation).\n\nThe Task Force meetings will be held on Mon 15 Jul – 
 Thurs 18 Jul.  Please note that the following meeting times per day are al
 l based on EDT.  Monday meeting time is anticipated to be 1pm to 6pm\, Tue
 s & Wed meeting times are anticipated to be 8am to 6pm\, and Thursday meet
 ing time is anticipated to be 8am to 12pm.  Please note that all reasonabl
 e efforts will be made so that the agenda is organized to allow optics exp
 erts in our group the opportunity to attend the IEEE P802.3dk Task Force m
 eeting.\nThe following is the call for presentations for the IEEE P802.3dj
  Task Force.   (Note – It is anticipated that IEEE P802.3dj D1.1 will be
  made available prior to the start of the Plenary week.)\nThe draft agenda
  for the meeting will be as follows:\n·       Progression of technical ma
 terial for any unresolved TBD’s present in IEEE P802.3dj D1.0 / D1.1\n·
        “Big ticket” items identified by TF Leadership\n·       New pr
 oposals for improving draft or new features\n·       Time may be allocate
 d as appropriate/permitted for Track / ad hoc specific meetings\n·
