[802.3_B400G] Liaison - UA Link

All,

A liaison from Ultra Accelerator Link (UA Link) has been sent to the IEEE 802.3 Ethernet Working Group.  Our WG Chair, David Law, has assigned this liaison to our TF to consider and bring a proposed response to the WG at the Closing Meeting of the 802.3 WG.
