[802.3_B400G] Update to IEEE P802.3djj Meeting Plan

All,

Based on a meeting tonight between the Task Force leadership and editorial team, we have made adjustments to the meeting plans for the week.

Rather than break into the announced tracks for Tuesday morning, the Task Force will meet Tues AM1 and AM2, and the electrical and optical tracks will start meeting at PM1.

Additionally, the new proposed timeline presentation has been moved to Thursday, as the Task Force has already been presented the general thought process at the Sept interim.

Also, please note that once the IEEE P802.3dk meeting has completed, the motion to consider comments in the bucket will be considered.  Individuals in 802.3dj who are participating in 802.3dk are requested to come to the 802.3dj meeting.  After the motion, Kent Lusted will give a presentation on the COM Open Source Proposal.  Please note that Kent needs guidance from the Task Force to take to the 802.3WG on Thursday afternoon.
