We will share the following information with ticket holders in a directed email, however if you would like to include a brief statement in your mid week sessions we would be appreciative. All attendees and their guests who have purchased a ticket. Social Event Name Badge required. How to Get There (Charter Bus Transportation) - Buses will depart from the lower lobby (Melville Street entrance) of the Hyatt Regency Vancouver.
- Access to the lower lobby is via escalator located near the other escalators on the north side of the main lobby.
- First Bus will depart Hyatt Regency at approximately 6:10 PM and additional buses will depart as filled.
- All buses will be marked with an IEEE802 Logo in the front windscreen
How to Back to the Hyatt Regency(Charter Bus Transportation) - First Bus will depart Science World at approximately 7:30 PM and additional buses will depart as filled.
- Last Bus will depart at 9:30 PM
