Dear Task Force Participants,

The results of the initial Working Group Ballot are under review and an announcement will be forthcoming.

Based on the number of comments received, the tentative electronic meetings announced for 14 -16 Jul 2025 will happen. Full details will be announced on 27 Jun. Individuals wishing to present during these interim meetings are reminded of the following:

Requests for presentation time shall be made by Thursday 03 July 2025. Individuals wishing to present are directed to use the following form: https://forms.gle/LZaWNUepruEp4idz9.

The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy version of the presentation to me at jdambrosia@gmail.com and cc Kent Lusted at Kent.Lusted@xxxxxxxxxxxx by Tuesday 08 July 2025. Please be sure to include the related comment #s on the title page to assist the editorial team. Also, please make sure that page numbers are included in your presentation.

The Task Force Leadership and Editorial Team will be reviewing the results of the initial Working Group Ballot and will announce on 27 Jun whether the announced tentative electronic meetings for the 08-10 July 2025 will happen.
