[802.3_B400G] Update - IEEE 802.3dj Meeting Plans

Based on review of the comments, the meeting plan for the Jan 2026 Interim has been modified – there will be no track sessions.

Please note that the leadership is aware of the EMS and 200G MMF Study Groups and will schedule comment consideration accordingly.

Your patience is appreciated, as the track chairs take care of all the teleconference call information meeting invites.
