The 1st Standards Association recirculation ballot on the IEEE P802.3dj 200 Gb/s, 400 Gb/s, 800 Gb/s, and 1.6 Tb/s Ethernet amendment closed successfully on 21 June 2026. The ballot exceeded the required 75% for consensus to approve the draft. The July 2026 IEEE P802.3dj Task Force session <https://www.ieee802.org/3/dj/public/index.html> will consider the 307 comments submitted and determine changes to the draft as appropriate. The availability of the comment database will be announced on the IEEE P802.3dj Task Force reflector.
The ballot statistics are:

26 Disapprove with comment
1 Disapprove without comment
3 Abstain
135 Ballots returned
84% Response Rate (>= 75% required)
2% Abstain Rate (< 30% required)
80% Approval Rate (>= 75% required)
