This shows up in the minutes we approved Presentation: #6 Signaled Minimum Fragment Size for IET (Don, Peter) Don and Peter presented the slides. The group agreed to add the requested feature to 802.3br (During negotiation phase the receiver can ask the transmitter to increase the frame size).
