[802.3_EFMP] Announcement: IEEE 802.3 EFMP Study Group meeting at July 2026 Plenary - MEETING FEE REQUIRED

Dear Colleagues,

The IEEE 802.3 EFMP Study Group meets during the July 2026 IEEE 802.3 Plenary meeting series. The EFMP SG meets 15Jul2026 during the AM1 and AM2 time slots, 8:00 AM to 12:15 PM, Eastern Daylight Time. This study group meeting is hybrid, with in-person participation at the Le Centre Sheraton in Montreal, QC, and remote participation via Webex. Both in-person and remote participation require registration and payment of meeting fees.

Our project documents, the draft PAR and CSD responses, have been submitted for approval by the IEEE 802.3 Working Group. These documents have also been submitted for review by other IEEE 802 LMSC working groups. Therefore, our meeting objective will be to consider contributions and begin to develop Objectives. I am aware of one such contribution and encourage the study group members to offer contributions if they see fit.

Meeting invitations will be sent to the EFMP SG reflector, STDS-802-3-EFMP, and the IEEE 802.3 Call & Meeting Calendar, https://www.ieee802.org/3/calendar.html. Invitations contain Webex coordinates and times. Please monitor the reflector for changes and updates. For your convenience, here is a link to the online schedule for the IEEE 802 Plenary Session.
