[802.3_EXTND_EPON] ExEPON SG status

I am happy to announce that the PAR for IEEE P802.3bk was approved by the IEEE Standards Board on the 29^th of March, 2012. This means that we will be having the first meeting as a Task Force in May in Minneapolis, MN, USA. Note that our sessions will not collide with EPoC, so I expect fewer people having to choose between one and the other groups.
