Dear colleagues,

Please be aware of the recently discovered issues with privacy of some IEEE
user IDs and passwords that may have been compromised. We haven't received
any specific guidance from the IEEE at this time, but I believe it would be
prudent to change your IEEE login password, especially for people actively
participating in draft commenting and voting processes.
