Colleagues: Thanks for a productive meeting in Vancouver! Given the number of holidays between now and the January interim I’m sending out the dates for presentations for the January interim earlier than normal. The
google form will be up shortly and I’ll let you know once that is available. Presentation requests are due no later than January 6, 2025 @ 17h00 Central Time US. Presentations for posting are due no later than January 13, 2025 @ 17h00 Central Time US. The form is changed slightly based on feedback from this week and now asks for the authors and affiliations instead of the requestor. Please follow the guidelines for formatting of the names and affiliations. As noted in the November plenary task force meeting, we will be meeting for 5 days in January. IEEE P802.3dm will meet on Friday for AM1 and AM2 sessions. These Friday morning sessions will NOT count towards
gaining and maintaining Working Group voter status as they are after the WG meeting. It is expected that P802.3dm will meet Wednesday afternoon, all day Thursday, and Friday morning, however, please watch the 802.3 interim meeting website for more information
