Hope everyone had safe travels back home or to wherever you were traveling to next after the plenary meetings, as well as to those traveling for the holidays already.
I'm following up to spread awareness of the ad-hoc meetings available to help build consensus in the December timeframe before the January 2025 Interim.
As Jon mentioned in the November Plenary dm meeting, I will be chairing the ad-hoc meetings if it all works out.
The meeting invites are available through the IEEE 802.3 website calendar.
If you plan to provide a presentation for the ad-hoc meetings, the presentation shall be provided three days in advance of the meeting date.
- by December 9th for the December 12th ad-hoc meeting
- by December 16th for the December 19th ad-hoc meeting if needed
I will follow-up again as we get closer to the meeting dates.
