Due to time constraints, I did not follow up, but the data shown on slide 10 indicated 3 cables, each of which had 0.3m segments, and a close view shows the oscillation of the return loss curve at approximately a frequency of 300 MHz, which
would be indicative of insertion-loss deviation (ILD), so, while I would welcome more data, I do not believe there was a mixture of cables as Conrad’s answer suggested. Due to time, I did not repeat my question, which remained unanswered:
