Hope everyone had safe travels back home or to wherever you were traveling to next after the interim meetings in Phoenix.
I'm following up to spread awareness of the ad-hoc meeting available to help build consensus in the February timeframe (February 27th) before the March 2025 Plenary.
As Jon mentioned in the January Interim dm meeting, I will be chairing the ad-hoc meeting with help of the dm leadership.
The ad-hoc meeting invite will be available through the IEEE 802.3 website calendar.
If you plan to provide a presentation for the ad-hoc meeting, the presentation shall be provided three days in advance of the meeting date.
- by February 24th for the February 27th ad-hoc meeting
Please let us know if you plan to present as soon as possible since we have a small amount of time between meeting cycles.
I will follow-up again as we get closer to the ad-hoc meeting date.
