Re: [802.3_ISAAC] Website updated with presentation requests

Jon - I will volunteer to delay my full presentation to April. I would suggest still collecting all the requested presentations and posting for offline review and consideration. It would be nice to have a couple of minutes (less than 5, please feel free to set a time limit) to summarize the content and considerations of the delayed presentations, without q&a in the meeting so that people know what is to come and what the intent was.

Colleagues:

We received 23 presentation requests for the March plenary meeting.  Given we have a single day we are not going to be able to get through all 23.  I have posted the list to the website:  IEEE 802.3 Ethernet for Automotive Imaging Sensors Study Group Public Area.

Before I work on how to progress through the meeting in March I wanted to give the group the opportunity to assist:

  • Could your presentation wait until an April interim meeting to be announced where voting could take place? (date TBD)
  • Could your presentation wait for an ad hoc meeting (no voting) in April (date TBD)?
  • For those individuals  with multiple presentations, are their opportunities to combine the presentations to reduce overall time?

Please let me know by EOD Tuesday, March 4, 2025 17h00 CST so I can plan accordingly.

Cheers
