Colleagues: I have extended the deadline for meetings requests for the July Plenary meeting in Madrid, Spain to 14 July, 2025 and that is now reflected on the presentation request form:

Colleagues: Based on the poll for meeting times that I sent out the best date was 10 July 2025. Thus, I’m announcing an off-cycle interim meeting for 10 July, 2025 from 09h00-10h50 CDT. Meeting coordinates can be found
on the 802.3 call and meeting calendar:
https://www.ieee802.org/3/calendar.html Based on the later date of the interim meeting, I’ll extend the presentation deadlines for the July plenary meeting and notify you of the new dates. This time also works better as it gives more time after
the general ad hoc that George is running in late June. I’ve created a google form to request presentations for the interim meeting and that can be found here:
https://forms.gle/6eY87M5fV6PBeiBq6. I realize that you may not know if you want to present until after the ad-hoc, so the dates are very close to the interim dates to allow as much time as possible for the
