Dear P802.3dm participants,
This is a reminder of the requirements to request a presentation slot for the P802.3dm meetings during the upcoming 802.3 September Interim.
Requests to present during this meeting are due by 5 pm EDT on Friday, September 5th. Presentations are due by 5 pm EDT on Tuesday, September 10th.
Please email all requests and presentations to me at the email address below. If you use another email address, your email may end up in my junk folder. I will send you an email response, within 2 business days, to let you know I have received your request. If you don't receive a response, please let me know.
The contributor shall provide the following information:
- Name of contributor
- Title of contribution
- Length of time requested (this should include time for questions and answers)
- If there is another presentation that should go before this one
- Brief description of the topic
NOTE - If the "presentation request" deadline is missed or the presentation is received after the deadline, agenda time will be provided for the contribution on a best-effort basis following the completion of the regular agenda (or as deemed appropriate by the chair) if, based on a vote if necessary, there is no objection to do so.
NOTE - Presentations that include the word "confidential" or emails that contain this, or the equivalent, will be rejected and will be treated as if they were never sent.
When submitting your pdf presentation, please ensure the document properties are completed. At a minimum, the Title and Author shall match the presentation details.
