Dear Colleagues,
The proposed comment responses for the 244 comments received have been posted in both pdf and Excel formats. I have also posted some additional files to support the comments on the September Interim webpage.
There will be a Motion to consider the 22 late comments during the September 8th ad hoc.
There will be a Motion to approve the 169 comments in the EZ bucket, excluding those that are pulled, during the September 8th ad hoc.
Please send a request to the reflector by Friday, September 4th AOE for any comments you would like to pull from the EZ bucket.
There are 3 categories in the EZ bucket:
- EZ-R: Required comments that are in the EZ bucket. These are all approve or AIP. This makes it easier to find them for sign-off.
- late - EZ: Comments that were received late but are considered to be "EZ".
- EZ: All other comments in the bucket.
I have also created a PICS bucket with all comments related to PICS, regardless of Clause. I would like to approve these all with a single Motion in Lisbon. If you would like to discuss any of these, please send a request to the reflector by Sunday, September 13th AOE for any comments you would like to pull from the PICS bucket.

802.3 Interim in Lisbon on Sept. 15 (pm), 16 (pm), and 17 (am). If you plan to participate in any of these meetings, in-person or online, you must register for the meeting and pay the REGISTRATION FEE.
