After some offline discussions, here is the proposed change to comment 290. 

Thanks to George for the phrasing on the bottom.

 

Remove the following:

Page 145 lines 39-41

Page 152 lines 11-13

Replace

Page 135 line 23

"See 191.6.2.4 and 191.7.2.4 for details on bit timing tolerance."

with

During link synchronization, if PHY_S is a Follower, the DME symbol time of the SEND_S pulse transmitted by the PHY_S shall be within the range 25.6/3ns +25%/-1%.
