Dear Study Group Participants, The Next Generation BASE-T Study Group will be meeting at an Interim Session in Phoenix, Arizona USA. The Study Group will be meeting Tuesday January 22 and Wednesday January 23, 2013. Registration and meeting details may be found at
https://tools.sympose.com/event/phoenix_125/. You are strongly encouraged to register and make your reservations as soon as possible.
Our Study group is soliciting presentations on the reach objective. Please review the straw polls from the November meeting. Motion #4 was: “Study Group will focus on presentations regarding reach objective in the range of 20m-30m.”
Presentations should be kept to 15 minutes in duration, excluding time for questions and answers. Requests for presentation time greater than 15 minutes will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and the requester should contact the chair
prior to making the request to justify the additional time. Requests for presentation time must be made before the second Friday preceding the meeting. For the January Interim meeting, requests for presentation time shall be made to me at
billw@xxxxxxxxxxxx and must be made by January 11, 2013. The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy version of the presentation to me at
billw@xxxxxxxxxxxx by Tuesday of the week preceding the meeting. For the January Interim meeting, presentations must be submitted by January 15, 2013. Please copy our vice-chair,
Dave Chalupsky [david.chalupsky@xxxxxxxxx] on your requests and presentation submittal. Please make sure that all requests for presentations or submissions of presentation material have no restrictive notices at the bottom of the email.
