[802.3_NGBASET] FW: IEEE P802.3bz PAR approval

Dear Colleagues,
Congratulations on the approval of the P802.3bz (aka NGEABT) PAR.  There is one more step in the approval process before NGEABT is officially the P802.3bq task force.
That approval by NESCOM should take place by March 26th.
