Thanks Peter, I would like to present Autoneg-revised – for 5 min w/o discussion, based on (early) indications and preferences that Option 3 is not as friendly as Option 2 (next preferred) – no technical change, but refinements.
Should not take long to present nor additional Q&A (due to no-changes-to-tech – you’ve seen this before). This is in addition to the Mgmt (and I am willing to reduce my mgmt. slot to be able to do this and defer any discussion s to future ad hocs, but defer
to you (chair). best regards, Yong Kim |

Re-minder – meeting tomorrow (Tuesday) at 9:00am PST. So far I have requests from
William Lo Autoneg Yong Kim Mgmt (CL45+).
Last week we raced through Howard’s deck on MII (frazier_mii_0414_r1.pdf),
and it feels like we should have maybe 10 minutes discussion on that subject. I’ve seen some discussion on timeslot for this meeting (extend to 90mins? Start 30 mins earlier) so I’ll work that discussion into the start of the meeting Anyone else want time tomorrow? Regards Peter _________________________________________________

All, This is an announcement of the next 802.3bz 2.5/5GBASE-T Task Force Architecture Ad Hoc conference call. The call will take place on Tuesday April 21st from 9am-10am PST (and weekly in this timeslot until the interim in May). If you are interested in presenting, please request a timeslot by the midday PST Monday April 13th. A separate calendar invite has already been sent. As an aside – there has been a request made to extend this call to 90 minutes on a regular basis on the assumption that we will have lots of presentations leading into the May meeting,
and we can always finish early if we don’t really have work to get done. At the minute I’m inclined to leave April 21 at 60 minutes, and we can talk in that meeting about extending to 90 for subsequent weeks. If you have strong feelings on this (either
way), come prepared to discuss next Tuesday, or send them to me off list. Regards Peter _________________________________________________
