[802.3_NGBASET] P802.3bz progress

Dear Colleagues,

Thank you and congratulations for a very successful meeting.

This week we adopted baseline proposals for PMA/PCS, Auto-negotiation, Clause 45 registers, MII, and link segment, and instructed the editorial team to generate D0.1 based upon those motions.
