I have received BZ comments from only a handful of people.
Specific comments on the draft are the way we will move quickly towards a complete document.
I am working to turn these around before noon tomorrow (Pacific Time) with proposed responses and topics so that people may download and plan for the meeting in advance.
SO, PLEASE endeavor to get me any BZ comments by 5PM pacific time today – or at least let me know that some will be coming late in the night.
Sending partial comments is OK, I can add in later.
What is hard to do is to delete comments from the database (it just isn’t set up for that). IF, in the process of going through BZ, you find that there are things that would apply to BQ as well, please send Dave and I late comments.
If you want to just reference your BZ comment that will be OK.
We will ask the Task Force by motion whether to include late comments.
Going through the BZ comments that I have, I believe there is are at least one error in BQ found during BZ review, and at least one additional issue to resolve (so I will be asking the group to accept 2 late comments).
Getting corrections and alignment done early helps us speed both projects along.
