[802.3_NGBASET] P802.3bq D2.2 proposed comments responses

Dear Colleagues,

Please review the EZ Bucket file.  We plan to approve al EZ Bucket responses with a single motion.  If you have a comment in the EZ Bucket that you would like removed and considered separately, please notify our Chief Editor, George Zimmerman.
