If you are submitting comments and are not part of the sponsor ballot pool, it would help a lot if you could use the attached excel spreadsheet, and save as CSV. The Sponsor ballot upload uses YET ANOTHER format for the spreadsheet. (this is neither the CSV produced by the comment tool, nor the new Excel spreadsheet format used in 802.3, and, for those in the sponsor ballot pool, you can ignore
this email - this is YET different from that spreadsheet too) In the attached spreadsheet, please avoid special characters. Your “Web ID” is your IEEE user account (usually the email address you get IEEE mailings on), the “Subclause” is the whole clause number (e.g., 113.7.2.1) , AND, for type, type
in “Editorial” “Technical” or “General”. This will help me so that I don’t have to reformat responses. It will also be easier for you to enter. If you’ve already used the comment tool, then go ahead and finish up with that. I will reformat into the new spreadsheet for you –
