| Colleagues: As most of you know, the P802.3cz TF teleconferences will be held during the July electronic plenary session. Two calendars may be helpful discovering and joining meetings you are interested in. The 802.3 calendar (http://www.ieee802.org/3/calendar.html) has teleconference information for many of the activities you might attend during a plenary week. As is the case during an in-person teleconference, the latest information will typically be made available on the respective Task Force reflector. For those interested in the activities of other WGs and 802 level meetings, there is also a consolidated calendar for IEEE 802 (http://www.ieee802.org/802tele_calendar.html). 802.3 events are also rolled up into that calendar. The Opening 802.3 meeting is on Monday, 13 July at 14:00 UCT (07:00 PDT). Both P802.3cz calls begin at 12:00 (noon) UCT, (05:00 PDT), the first Tuesday, 14 July, and the second Wednesday, 15 July. The Closing 802.3 meeting is on Thursday, 23 July at UCT (07:00 PDT). The 802.3 Chair has previously announced the requirements for meeting attendance requirements toward gaining or retaining 802.3 voting membership. Call information for P802.3cz teleconferences is included below, as are .ics calendar items The Election of 802.3 Chair and Vice Chair originally scheduled for the cancelled March plenary session will be held during the next two weeks. The election of the IEEE 802/LMSC Standards Committee Chair will also occur during the plenary session. Our TF pages include the agenda and presentations for the TF meetings (http://www.ieee802.org/3/cz/public/jul_2020/index.html). Our primary task is to work toward creating an initial draft that meets our objectives. To do that, we will be considering proposals that move us forward to be able to adopt baseline proposals that satisfy our objectives. I look forward to talking with you next week. Robert M.
