[802.3_OMEGA] Updated contributions of July Plenary Meeting

Dear colleagues,

I have updated my contributions attending to the feedback received during our sessions of last Tuesday and Wednesday.

Specifically, I have added some references about VCSEL models, and I have clarified the design data-rates and symbol-rates

of the tested VCSELs. 

Updated presentations are already uploaded to our website.
