This is a reminder of our upcoming teleconference.  We have five technical presentations scheduled.  If you plan to attend:
              1.  Please review the patent, copyright, and participation slides (http://www.ieee802.org/3/WG_tools/templates/policies_slides.pdf).  
              2.  Please edit your WebEx application identity to include name and affiliation(s).  To do this:  BEFORE joining the call open the WebEx application, select Preferences, click Account, clicking on edit will then allow you to modify your identity to be Name - Affiliation(s).  Or, when on the WebEx join screen, you may see your identity with a pencil next to it.  click on that to edit your identity.

Meetings may be found on either the IEEE 802.3 Call and Meeting Calendar (http://www.ieee802.org/3/calendar.html) or the IEEE 802 Teleconference Calendar (https://www.ieee802.org/802tele_calendar.html).

As an ad hoc meeting, we will not take any motions to adopt baseline proposals.  (If you have a desire to make such a motion, we will need to change a future ad hoc teleconference to be a task force interim (requires at least 10 days notice to the TF).  I look forward to talking with you soon.
