This is a reminder of our upcoming teleconference. If you plan to attend:

2. Please edit your WebEx application identity to include name and affiliation(s). To do this: BEFORE joining the call open the WebEx application, select Preferences, click Account, clicking on edit will then allow you to modify your identity to be Name - Affiliation(s).

As an ad hoc meeting, we will not take any motions to adopt baseline proposals. (If you have a desire to make such a motion, we will need to change a future ad hoc teleconference to be a task force interim (requires at least 10 days notice to the TF), or do the motion(s) during the upcoming November plenary TF meetings .
