| Colleagues, Our plenary meeting will continue Wednesday, 10 Nov 2021 as scheduled on the 802.3 Calendar (https://www.ieee802.org/3/calendar.html). We will resume the agenda going back to Motion presentations. Unless the TF changes things, after quick review of required slides, I will open the floor for motions, and I will recognize Mr. Murty to make a presentation in support of the motion (assuming of course the motion is properly moved and seconded). We will then spend time on discussions including discussing a path forward for Optical Automotive Ethernet work. I apologize that the process I am requiring for resolving our PMD deadlock is not clear to all participants. I will also attempt to provide better clarity on this tomorrow under the agenda item for Other presentations/discussion, and better visibility of that process to any interested parties. Robert M.
