| Dear IEEE 802 LMSC Participants, 
 Due to the uncertainties regarding the ongoing 
		COVID-19 pandemic, the March 2022 IEEE 802 Plenary will be held 
		exclusively electronically, the expected dates are to be 4-18 March 
		2022.   The registration fee structure will be USD$75 
		payable prior to 12:00pm UTC 21 January 2022, USD$100 thereafter until 
		12:00pm UTC 25 February 2022 and USD$150 thereafter. 
		 Attendance at any meeting held during or as part 
		of the plenary session requires registering and paying the appropriate
