[802.3_OMEGA] EZ bucket recommended changes

Hi P802.3cz participants,

I would suggest changing the following responses to EZ bucket comments.

R1-3:  The text should be modified to use "over" instead of "on" to be consistent with the rest of the document:  The term 10GBASE-AU, specified in Clause 166, refers to a specific Physical Layer implementation based upon 64B/65B data coding method placed in RS-FEC codewords that are transmitted using NRZ modulation over glass optical fiber in the automotive environment.

R1-12:  The comment states (and elsewhere if necessary).  It is not clear what else may be changed when the suggested remedy is accepted.  Will other places be changed as well, if so where?

R1-14:  The comment states (and others if necessary).  This cannot just be accepted without stating if any other tables will be updated.
