the DC values are max. ratings, typically
measured at room temperature.
...and to avoid missunderstandings:
The 125mOhm/m for the LIN is not the limit value for the 0,35mm² wire mentioned
in the line above (which should be in the range of 55mOhm/m). It's derived
from electrical timing requirements for the LIN bus and also would allow
thinner cables.
