Reminder channel definitions ad hoc August 28  8 AM PDT. Meeting scheduled for 1-hour to avoid conficts with IEEE 802.3 25G SG.

 

Please find attached a contribution on signal impairments to s-parameters naming conventions I had promised last ad hoc.
