[802.3_RTPGE] P802.3bp November Webpages Updated

Colleagues,

The final updates have been made to the November Webpages, and the
unconfirmed minutes with sign-in sheets have been posted.

Thanks to Brett McClellan for his excellent and timely minutes!

Finally, I would like to thank the Task Force once again for superior work
in achieving consensus.  Remember, we still need text---if you plan to
contribute please coordinate with Marek so we can avoid duplication of
effort. We intend to create D1.2 and launch comment resolution within two
weeks.
