[802.3_RTPGE] P802.3bp 1000BASE-T1 Schedule

P802.3bp is in recess until 9AM Tuesday.
Comments directed to the link segment characteristics will be discussed
first, with RL and MDI mode conversion after lunch. It is strongly
encouraged that people work off-line today on both these topics.
